When do I get paid after completing an offer?+
Credits move through four stages: Pending → Validated → Cleared → Available. The ad network must validate your completion and pay us before funds become available. This typically takes 7–30 days depending on the network. You can track the exact status of every credit on your dashboard.
Why is there a 14-day hold on large payouts?+
Advertisers can reverse payouts up to 30 days later (a "clawback"). The 14-day hold protects you — it ensures your balance never goes negative and you never owe us money. After 14 days, we cover any reversal ourselves.
What payout methods do you offer?+
Under $25: Virtual Visa cards, Amazon and Target gift cards. $25–$50: ACH bank transfers and PayPal. All payouts are processed by our licensed payment partners (Tremendous, Stripe).
Why 80%? How do you make money?+
We take 20% of the advertiser's payout. Other platforms take 50% or more. We pass the savings to you because our costs are low and we believe higher payouts drive more users — which gets us better deals from advertisers.
